While participating in our programming is powerful to the individual, it isn’t always easy. An experience in one of TSC's programs can come with financial strain. We know that housing costs don’t pause; groceries still need to be purchased; emergencies still happen.

That’s why we created the Participant Support Fund—a lifeline that ensures no one has to choose between completing their service and making ends meet. This fund has helped participants pay rent, put food on the table, and navigate unexpected hardships. It keeps our participants focused on what matters most: learning, growing, and making a lasting difference.
